My stay was decent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Lived there for 9 months and would have stayed there if my finances were still up to par.
Rooms are renovated and clean, but the hallway smells like cigarettes despite non-smoking signs and instructions. We waited for at least 30 minutes for a front desk employee to arrive and check us in. She was otherwise very nice and showed us the room before we checked in. There's a kitchenette in the room and a full size fridge. Very functional. Public wifi included. 2 minutes from the hospital.

It is a low end extended stay hotel, and a very acceptable permutation of that model. The staff were all incredibly friendly. The rooms are clean, though mine was stuffy. I believe they are gradually remodeling, as I saw some other rooms that appeared updated. Laundry facilities were good, wifi was decent. As a heads up, the kitchens come completely bare. Nary a cup or spoon. I would stay again if I had the need.
The renovated rooms are super nice! Huge closet area with shelves and 2 racks on each side to hang clothes! The kitchen is great! Awesome shower!! A little pricey but it is worth it!! The staff is AMAZING! LOVE IT HERE!!
I stayed there over an year and the front desk clerk Crystal was very friendly she checked on me and made sure any questions I asked were answered and anything I needed was taken care of immediately thank you so much for making my stay comfortable
Decent for the price however moatly homeless people live in these suites and even if you pay they are able to complain and you kicked out without a refund. I myself received a complaint one night due to my 18 mo baby crying. At first i thought the staff were nice but then they became rude and unpleasant. I felt uncomfortable my entire stay. Also construction during my stay and spoke to as if I were a child numerous times. Horrible for customer service.you wont find towels room service or even a shower curtain here
I've been here for 1 month. Property Manager, Maintenance, and Housekeeping are all wonderful! It's peaceful and quiet without disturbances... my stay has been wonderful this entire time. I want to say thank you Intown Suites for treating me well while I'm in a new city.
